Is it permissible for the foster mother to take half of the salary of the 24-year-old orphaned girl without her consent, knowing her need for money?

If a girl reaches the age of maturity, no one is permitted to dispose of her wealth except with her permission, and it must be given to her, as Allah Almighty says: "And if you perceive in them sound judgment, then hand over their properties to them." It is not permissible for the guardian to take anything from her wealth except with her consent, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The wealth of a Muslim person is not lawful except with his willing consent," and "Every Muslim's blood, wealth, and honor are sacred to another Muslim." There is no harm for the guardian to agree with her to take a portion of her salary in exchange for housing and expenses. And if an orphan reaches the age of accountability (puberty), the description of orphanhood ceases for him, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "There is no orphanhood after puberty."
