What is the ruling on publishing clips in which the reaction is a man dancing as women dance?

It is impermissible for a man to perform the dance of women, unlike other forms of dance. It is obligatory to condemn prohibited dancing; therefore, it is not permissible to photograph it, publish it, or watch it, because that signifies approval of the reprehensible and aids in it. Indeed, what is forbidden to do is forbidden to look at.
