The answer

You must make up the 'Isha prayer immediately upon waking up. Do not delay making it up until the 'Isha prayer time of the following day, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "If one of you oversleeps and misses a prayer, or is heedless of it, he should pray it when he remembers it." And he said: "Whoever forgets a prayer or sleeps through it, its expiation is to pray it when he remembers it." The majority of jurists hold that it is obligatory to make up a missed prayer immediately, and it is forbidden to delay it.
