Is there anything mentioned regarding turning away the first needy person who asks for charity in the morning?

There is nothing concerning the rejection of the first beggar seeking charity in the morning, except for the Hadith (definition) narrated by Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) who said: "Every day wherein the servants awaken, two angels descend. One says: 'O Allah, grant compensation to the one who spends [in charity].' And the other says: 'O Allah, inflict destruction upon the one who withholds [charity].'"
