Is it permissible for a Muslim to pray Tarawih at home, and how many Rak'ahs does it consist of, and are there specific supplications for it, and is it permissible to apply cream to the face or the rest of the body while fasting?

Performing Tarawih prayer in congregation at the mosque is legislated for men during Ramadan, and if one prays it at home, their prayer is valid. As for the night vigil (qiyam al-layl) outside of Ramadan, what is legislated for a man is to pray in his home. For a woman, it is better for her to pray in her home, but if she wishes to pray in the mosque, she should not be prevented. There is no harm in applying cream to the face and body.
