What are the procedures for performing Tarawih prayers at home, and must a woman be a memorizer of the Book of Allah to perform them alone, or is it sufficient for her to recite what she has memorized?

A woman's prayer in her home is better than her prayer in the mosque, whether it is an obligatory prayer or a supererogatory one, like the Tarawih. A woman can pray Tarawih in her home with eleven or thirteen rak'ahs, or as many as she can manage, praying two by two, then concluding with a single witr rak'ah. It is not required for her to have memorized the Qur'an; rather, it is permissible for her to read from the Mus'haf. She can also pray in congregation with the women of the household, leading them in prayer. It is also permissible for a woman to pray Tarawih in the mosque if that is more energizing for her and helps her to maintain it, provided she observes modesty and caution.
