If the deceased left only the aforementioned heirs, the mother gets one-sixth due to the presence of siblings. The two maternal half-brothers get one-third, divided equally between them. The remainder goes to the full-sister and full-brothers by ta'sib (agnatic inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females. The two paternal half-sisters and the paternal half-brother do not inherit because they are excluded by the full-brother through hirman (exclusion from inheritance). The estate is divided into forty-two shares: the mother receives seven shares, the two maternal half-brothers fourteen shares (seven for each), the full-sister three shares, and each full-brother six shares.
