Is there a relationship between the toilet and the direction of the Qibla, and how can it be oriented in Saudi Arabia, knowing that the Kaaba is the Qibla in all directions, and is there any Hadith from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, regarding this matter?

Scholars differed concerning the ruling on facing or backing the Qibla while relieving oneself inside buildings. The majority opinion is that it is permissible, and this is the more preponderant view. However, it is more cautious to avoid doing so to escape the difference of opinion. Therefore, the engineer designing restrooms should take this into consideration. As for Saudi Arabia, those close to the Kaaba must face its exact location, while for those far from it, facing its general direction suffices.
