Is it permissible for restrooms to be in the direction of the qiblah of the mosque, even if there is a wall separating them?

It is disliked to face bathrooms and toilets (sewerage) during prayer due to the prohibitions reported from the Salaf concerning this, and because they are places of devils. Furthermore, praying towards these impure places contradicts facing the noblest and most beloved places to Allah, which is His Ancient House.

If the bathrooms are in the direction of the Qiblah of the mosque, and their wall is shared with the mosque's wall, or there is no separation between them, then praying in this mosque is disliked, and it is preferable to demolish or move the bathrooms. However, if each has an independent wall, there is no dislike then.

If it is impossible to separate the bathrooms with an independent wall and no harm results from them, the dislike is removed due to necessity.
