What is the treatment for intense lust for a single person who is unable to fast or marry?

What helps one overcome lust when they cannot marry and are unable to fast includes: holding fast to Allah and relying upon Him, and being certain that there is no might or power except with Allah, and that one cannot obey or abandon a sin except with Allah's help and guidance. One should seek Allah's help to lower their gaze, close the doors to temptation, and stay away from provocations. They should occupy their time with beneficial activities and exercise. They should be keen on keeping good company, attaching themselves to mosques, gatherings of knowledge and remembrance, and frequently supplicate and persist in prayer while having a good opinion of Allah.
