Is the phrase: "The Holy Qur’an is the word of Allah in letter and meaning" to be understood as His word in letter and meaning in its entirety, given that it includes the sayings of the prophets and others, narrated from them?

The doctrine of Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jama'ah is that the Qur'an is the uncreated speech of Allah, in its letters and meanings, truly. From Him it originated and to Him it shall return. Its being written, recited, memorized, or heard does not remove it from being the speech of the Most Merciful. Thus, that which is written, recited, memorized, and heard is uncreated. If Allah relates the sayings of predecessors in the Qur'an, then the entire Qur'an is the speech of Allah, in its letters and meanings, even if the related sayings are in a language and tongue different from the original language of their speakers. So, the letters and meanings of Allah's speech are distinct from the essence of the speech of created beings, despite their agreement in the commonality which is the indication of the word.
