Is it permissible to open a "murash" for women?

If "al-Marash" (a women's beauty salon or bathhouse) is involved, its opening is permissible provided it is free from forbidden acts such as the uncovering of 'awrahs (intimate parts), or plucking eyebrows (namṣ), or hair extensions (waṣl). Furthermore, it should not aid immodest women in their disobedience. If it includes or assists in anything forbidden, then its opening is not permissible, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression."
