How do we respond to the specious argument of whoever says that adopting the issues of al-awl implies accusing God of error in the division of inheritance?

Inheritances were divided by Allah Almighty in His Book. Heirs are either 'Ashab al-Furood (those with specified shares) or 'Asabat (residuaries). The 'Asib takes what remains after the 'Ashab al-Furood. 'Awl (proportionate reduction) is when the shares of the heirs exceed the inheritance. The way to resolve this is by reducing the share of each heir by the amount of the 'Awl. This does not contradict Allah's division; rather, it achieves justice, similar to radd (proportionate return), which is when the shares are less than the inheritance, and the surplus is distributed among all. Thus, the increase or decrease applies equally to all heirs, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Give the Fara'id (specified shares) to those who are entitled to them, and whatever remains, then it is for the nearest male." To say that Allah made a mistake in calculation is disbelief. Allah clarified the proportions and left it to scholars to ascertain them in cases of overcrowding. The Companions unanimously agreed on the principle of 'Awl, and today, no one is known to hold the view of Ibn Abbas.
