What is the legal ruling regarding the ownership of the son's house which the father built on his land, knowing that the son contributed to completing parts of its construction with his own money, and that the son believes he bought the land with money he gave to the father as assistance?

It is preferable to resolve disputes between relatives through reconciliation, as it mends rifts and avoids severing ties of kinship, which the Holy Quran and the Prophet's Sunnah have warned against, describing the one who severs them as a loser and accursed, and denying him entry into Paradise.
