Is the divorced husband of the nursing mother considered the father of the infant during the waiting period (iddah) of divorce, based on Fatwas No. 134548 and No. 175169?

If a woman nurses a child under the age of two, five times, she becomes his mother and is forbidden to him [in marriage], and her husband becomes his father and is forbidden to him [in marriage], whether she remains married to him or he divorces her. This prohibition is permanent. If a woman becomes pregnant by a man and nurses a child with his milk, the child becomes a son to her and to the owner of the milk.
