It is forbidden for the owner of the milk (the husband of the nursing woman) to marry the suckling infant whom his wife nursed, because she is his daughter through suckling. It is permissible for the father of the suckling to marry the mother of his child through suckling, by scholarly consensus. Based on this, it is permissible for the husband of the nursing woman to marry the mother of the suckling infant.
