If a woman breastfeeds your wife five times or more within the two-year period, your wife becomes her daughter through breastfeeding. If the milk was due to your wife's husband, then the breastfeeding woman's husband becomes your wife's father through breastfeeding.
If paternity through breastfeeding is established, then you are not permitted to be married to both your wife and her sister through breastfeeding, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "What is prohibited by lineage is prohibited by breastfeeding."
