Will the speech of God be in the heavens upon the clouds?

The speech of Allah is one of His attributes, and the Holy Qur’an is from it. Gabriel descended with it upon the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, and it has no relation to clouds. The Qur’an descended as a whole to the House of Glory in the lowest heaven on the Night of Decree, then it descended in parts according to events and occurrences.
