How can the beauty of Islamic rule and the punishment of stoning (stoning to death) be clarified?

One must submit to the judgment of Allah, for He is the All-Knowing, the All-Wise, and none is better in judgment than Him. The obligation of stoning the married fornicator (al-muḥṣan) is established by an absolute, unanimous consensus, and Allah legislated this ruling for profound wisdom. Ibn al-Qayyim mentioned that stoning with stones causes pain to all parts of the body, just as the pleasure reached all parts, and it recalls the punishment of the people of Lot. And because this crime destroys homes and corrupts lineages, the most severe punishment is fitting to deter and purify society. It is not permissible to replace stoning with anything else because it is a more severe form of exemplary punishment, and it is a fixed, prescriptive ruling. Legal punishments (ḥudūd) are expiations, and this sin is grave, so it is fitting that the punishment be grave, and it is lesser than the torment of the Hereafter. Establishing the punishment deters people, preserves honor and lineages, achieves security and safety, and demonstrates the strength of Islamic law over those who spread corruption.
