If the questioner means swearing by God that He will answer her prayer, then if she is righteous and upright, there is no impediment to swearing by God in matters of good. However, it is forbidden to do so in matters of evil. She should replace her statement: "By God, I will make God answer me," with "By God, God will surely answer my prayer," in order to have a good opinion of her Lord.
