Does the emission of pre-seminal fluid (madhy) before Tawaf al-Ifadah merely by thinking invalidate the Hajj?

The difference between madhi (pre-seminal fluid) and vaginal discharge is that madhi is a viscous fluid that exits after sexual arousal, and it is impure (najis) and nullifies wudu (ablution). As for vaginal discharge, it is a moisture that exits without arousal, and the preponderant opinion is that it is pure (tahir), though its exit nullifies wudu. The exit of madhi does not invalidate Hajj. What is incumbent upon someone from whom madhi exits is to purify whatever it has touched and to perform wudu for prayer and tawaf (definition).
