Is the mother (the children's grandmother) to be blamed for boycotting her son's wife and grandchildren because of their refusal to name one of the children after their martyred father?

Naming a child after the father is a Sunnah, according to the Hadith narrated by Muslim from Anas. However, obedience to the husband takes precedence over obedience to parents. Therefore, the grandmother has no right to compel her daughter to do something that contradicts her husband's request or to boycott her for it. Naming is the father's right, as stated by Ibn al-Qayyim.
