What is the status of Abu Sa'id al-Sahili (Abdullah ibn Sa'id), and is he the same as Abu Sa'id al-Akhtal ibn al-Marfal al-Sahili?

The narrator is unknown and cannot be used as proof. Ibn al-Jazari and al-Zayla'i mentioned this. Ibn Hibatullah mentioned him but did not provide any commendation or disparagement regarding him. The narrator narrated the Hadith of the delegation of women, which is considered weak by scholars.
