Direct address is permissible with -compliant controls, and the presence of a (unmarriageable kin) is not a prerequisite. One must be conscious of Allah’s constant observation, and communication should be limited to the extent of the need, while being keen to utilize technology for beneficial purposes and avoiding its harms.
