What is the ruling on using perfumes that contain scents similar to those of alcoholic beverages, such as whiskey?

It is forbidden to apply perfumes that resemble the smell of Khamr (intoxicants/wine), due to the imitation of disbelievers and transgressors from whom the smell of Khamr emanates. We have been prohibited from imitating them. Furthermore, it leads to harms such as trivializing Khamr and harboring ill thoughts about the person using such a perfume.
