What should I do about seeing my neighbor and another neighbor's wife exchanging glances, signals, and kisses in the air? Should I cover for them?

The neighbor should be reminded of Allah and warned of scandal and punishment, and reminded of the hadith (definition): "that you commit adultery with your neighbor's wife." As for the female neighbor, trustworthy women should be sent to her to warn her of Allah, of scandal, and of dire consequences. If they both repent, they should be covered, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever covers a Muslim, Allah will cover him on the Resurrection Day." If they do not repent, her husband should be informed to verify the matter, without the informant incurring harm, and a message can be sent to him without revealing the sender's identity.
