What is the ruling on fasting in an infidel country with mixed education, where women are present in sales and cleaning, and is it acceptable, God willing?

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, described the state of some fasting individuals as gaining nothing from their fasting except hunger and thirst. This is because the ultimate goal of fasting is to achieve piety. As for the validity of the fast, it is sufficient despite the presence of sins, as long as it is not accompanied by the emission of semen. If semen is emitted, the fast is broken, and expiation and repentance become obligatory. If necessity or the needs of Muslims dictate residence in disbelieving lands, extreme caution must be exercised against their temptations, and one's religion must be preserved. Discussion should be limited to what is necessary, and one should lower their gaze. It is a condition for the permissibility of remaining there that one does not fear falling into forbidden acts.
