Are "A woman entered Hellfire because of a needle she borrowed from her neighbor and did not return" and "Fast and you will be healthy" noble Prophetic hadiths?

The first hadith was not found. As for the hadith: "Fast, and you will be healthy," it was narrated by Al-Tabarani, and its narrators are considered trustworthy by Al-Haythami. Al-Suyuti graded it as hasan (good), while Al-Iraqi and Al-Albani graded it as da'if (weak). Al-Shawkani went further, stating that it is mawdu' (fabricated).
