What is the ruling of the Sharia on some daughters' refusal to accept their father's will, which he designated for them from his inheritance, knowing that he stipulated their forgiveness upon the execution of the will?

A father does not have the right to stipulate a specific method for dividing his inheritance, for Allah Almighty has made wealth a right for the heirs. What the father stipulates is considered a bequest to an heir, and it is not valid unless approved by the heirs. If all heirs agree to implement the bequest, there is no impediment. However, if some refuse, it is not permissible to implement it unless the affected party among the heirs, if they are an adult, sane, and mature, consents. You do not have the right to compel anyone who rejected the bequest to accept it. As for the daughters who consented, it is permissible to implement it in their regard if they are adult, sane, and mature.
