The answer

This hadith was narrated by Al-Hafiz Abu Omar ibn Abd al-Barr as a mu'allaq narration from Ibn Abbas, raised (to the Prophet), and some scholars authenticated it.

Ibn Asakir narrated it in Tarikh Dimashq (History of Damascus) and Ibn al-Jawzi in Kitab al-Ilal al-Mutanahiyah (The Book of Exhaustive Defects) from Abu Hurayrah.

Ibn al-Jawzi said: "This hadith is not authentic."

Shaykh Al-Albani mentioned it in Silsilah al-Da'ifah (The Series of Weak Hadiths) (4493) from the hadith of Abu Hurayrah, and he deemed it weak due to Abd al-Rahman ibn Zayd ibn Aslam, saying: "Abd al-Rahman ibn Zayd is abandoned (matruk)."
