Is the hadith, "Do not gloat over your brother, for Allah may show him mercy and put you to trial," authentic?

The hadith: "Do not express malicious joy at your brother's misfortune, for Allah may have mercy on him and afflict you," is weak. Omar bin Ismail bin Mujalid Al-Hamdani's narrations are abandoned, Hafs bin Ghiyath's memory deteriorated, Burd bin Sinan was accused of [believing in] Qadar (predestination in a way that denies human free will), and Makhul sent many narrations [without specifying his immediate source]. Al-Albani mentioned it in Silsilah Al-Da'ifah (The Chain of Weak Hadith).
