The question

1. Is it permissible for a couple to consummate their marriage after the aqd shari (Islamic marriage contract) but before the public announcement of the marriage and the wedding celebration, after both spouses have repented from zina (fornication/adultery)? And is the wife lawful to her husband in this case? 2. Do angry words uttered by the husband, such as "Leave me alone," "I hate you," "Stay away from me," "I am not your beloved," constitute a divorce, even if the husband did not intend divorce? 3. Does the guardian's utterance of blasphemous words during anger, without intending disbelief, affect the validity of the marriage contract? And does guardianship transfer to the wife's paternal uncles in this situation?

The answer

It is preferable for intercourse with the woman to take place after the wedding, but contradicting this is not unlawful. A valid marriage contract permits intimacy between the spouses, and it is permissible for the wife to allow her husband to have intercourse with her before the wedding.

As long as the husband did not utter an explicit divorce, and did not intend divorce with ambiguous phrases, then no divorce has occurred.

The default is that the father's guardianship is valid. If he utters words of disbelief while in a state of anger that deprives him of awareness, he does not become an unbeliever by that. And if he falls into apostasy and repents, his guardianship remains valid, as the default is that he is a Muslim whose guardianship is valid.

It is advised to ignore obsessive thoughts and not pay attention to them, as exaggerating them has severe consequences.
