The answer

The remedy for this matter is to persistently obey Allah, seek refuge in Him through supplication (du'a), and adhere to seeking forgiveness (istighfar). This is based on Allah Almighty's saying: "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him from his matter ease," and His saying: "Call upon Me; I will respond to you." And also based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Whoever adheres to seeking forgiveness, Allah will make for him a way out of every difficulty and a relief from every worry."

Along with taking apparent measures, such as consulting specialists, being patient, seeking help by staying away from the wife for a few days by traveling, and consuming foods and drinks that strengthen virility like costus, ginger, and milk with honey. Also, the wife should be reminded to adorn herself, beautify herself, and show affection to her husband, and be keen on consorting with him honorably.
