What is the ruling on prayer for someone who experiences frequent seminal emissions after performing ghusl due to abstaining from masturbation, and is he required to perform ghusl before every prayer?

Perhaps the discharge is wady or madhy. If it is many and was discharged without pleasure, then ghusl is not required; only wudu is. However, if it was discharged with pleasure, then ghusl is required, due to the Prophet’s (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: "If you gush out water, then perform ghusl." Unless its discharge is constant most of the time, in which case it takes the ruling of سلس (incontinence). Madhy and wady only necessitate wudu and purification of what they have soiled.
