Is it permissible to make up more than one prayer with a single ablution and in the same clothes for someone who suffers from urinary incontinence and gas? And is it necessary to wait a certain period after masturbating before performing ghusl, and what is the ruling on the discharge that appears after urinating?

A Muslim who suffers from urinary incontinence may pray both present and past (qada') prayers with the same ablution and clothing as long as the time for the prayer for which he performed ablution has not expired. Scholars have differed on this issue. The Hanbalis and Hanafis hold that it is permissible to pray with a single ablution as long as the prayer time has not ended, while the Shafi'is believe that a person with incontinence should not pray more than one obligatory prayer with the same ablution.

Regarding the emission of semen after ghusl (ritual bath), scholars have differed on two opinions:

1. First opinion: Ghusl must be performed again if the emission of semen occurs soon after the initial ghusl. This is the view of the Shafi'is. 2. Second opinion: Ghusl is not required again; rather, ablution (wudu') suffices. This is the view of the Hanbalis.

The more cautious and exculpatory approach is to repeat the ghusl if semen is emitted immediately after the ghusl, in order to resolve the scholarly dispute. As for the viscous fluid that exits at the end of urination, it may be wady (a thick white fluid), which does not necessitate ghusl.
