This hadith is not authentic because its chain of transmission includes some fabricators and liars. Ibn Hajar stated in "Lisan al-Mizan" that Isa ibn Mihran was "a Rafidi, a liar, a fabricator," and that he narrated fabricated hadiths. As-Suyuti also mentioned in "Al-La'ali al-Masnu'ah fi al-Ahadith al-Mawdu'ah" that Ubayd, a Rafidi, narrated fabricated reports. Ibn al-Jawzi said in "Al-Mawdu'at" concerning this hadith that it is not authentic, and that Isa ibn Mihran is accused of fabricating it.
