Is it permissible to put up stickers calling for the hijab or for supporting Palestine in public transportation or residential buildings?

Placing da'wah posters in public and private places, if they call for the hijab or for supporting Muslims, is considered enjoining good. It may even be obligatory if it becomes the designated means to achieve this call, because the means to an obligation is also obligatory.
