Additionally, brochures, leaflets, books, and audio recordings are more beneficial, and they should be of two types: 1. For Muslims: Encouraging them to preserve their identity and making them aware of dangers. 2. For non-Muslims: Explaining humanity's need for Islam and clarifying its fundamentals and merits.

Regarding distributing papers and brochures, the benefit hoped from their dissemination outweighs the harm of them being discarded, especially if the verses and hadiths are translated. This is because the translated text does not have the same sanctity as verses written in Arabic. It is permissible to give them to a non-believer for their perusal, following the example of the Prophet (peace be upon him) when he sent a letter to Heraclius inviting him to Islam, which contained verses from the Qur'an. Indeed, it is permissible for someone in a state of minor impurity or a non-believer to touch a verse or a few verses mixed with other than the Qur'an.
