What is the religious ruling on distributing papers in mosques that contain information or interpretations of Islamic issues, and at the end of which the reader is asked to distribute them to a certain number of people, with a threat of God's wrath and affliction in case of non-compliance?

These papers, whose distributors claim that one who distributes them will receive great good, and that one who abandons them will be exposed to Allah’s wrath and deprived of the Prophet’s intercession, have no basis.

As for papers and brochures that contain important benefits needed by a Muslim, these are permissible, because they facilitate the delivery of information and benefit, and do not include a specific promise or threat.
