What is the ruling on believing in the message that includes a story of a girl's healing and messages of promotion and loss that occur after publishing or neglecting it, which its publishers claim must be published and distributed to a certain number of people?

It is forbidden for a Muslim to believe that distributing a specific paper brings benefit or that neglecting it causes harm. Whoever believes this has committed shirk (polytheism) with Allah Almighty, because bringing benefit and warding off harm are in the hand of Allah alone. It is forbidden to distribute this paper, and it must be torn up and warned against, for it is among the superstitions promoted by polytheists and charlatans to divert people from turning to Allah.
