It is forbidden for a Muslim to believe that distributing a specific paper brings benefit or that neglecting it causes harm. Whoever believes this has committed (polytheism) with Allah Almighty, because bringing benefit and warding off harm are in the hand of Allah alone. It is forbidden to distribute this paper, and it must be torn up and warned against, for it is among the superstitions promoted by polytheists and charlatans to divert people from turning to Allah.
