Is a person considered sinful and blameworthy if they publish translated Quranic verses about the oneness of God and the humanity of Jesus (peace be upon him) through mailboxes, and then some recipients tear them up, throw them in the trash, step on them, or burn them?

There is no harm in enabling a disbeliever to peruse verses of the Holy Quran with their interpretations, for the purpose of inviting him to Islam. There is no sin upon the Muslim if the disbeliever disrespects these papers; rather, the sin falls upon the disbeliever alone.

It is not permissible to discard papers containing the mention of Allah or verses of the Quran into the trash or to disrespect them. However, the perceived harm from disbelievers disrespecting these papers does not outweigh the immense benefit hoped for from inviting them and conveying the religion to them.
