Is it permissible to publish Qur’anic verses with translated meanings on the websites and forums of non-Muslims (disbelievers), or is that considered an insult to the Qur’an?

Publishing translated Quranic verses on disbelievers' websites with the aim of inviting them to Islam is one of the best deeds. It is permissible and has a basis in the Sunnah, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, sent a letter to Heraclius, the Roman Emperor, containing Quranic verses. However, if this publication will lead to disbelievers mocking the Quran, then it should not be done, in order to prevent this corruption, especially if these people have already received the message of Islam and the argument has been established against them. The evidence for this is the Prophet's prohibition against traveling with the Quran to enemy territory, for fear that the enemy might seize it and violate its sanctity. Safeguarding the word of Allah from disrespect is obligatory in all circumstances.
