If the conditions do not contradict , then the user is bound by them, based on the Prophet's saying: "Muslims are bound by their conditions." However, if the conditions conflict with Sharia, they are null and void, based on his saying: "Any condition that is not in the Book of Allah is null and void." It is not permissible to enter into contracts that include void conditions.
