Is the saying "Whoever cheats passes, and whoever relies on himself stays in his class" - which students humorously say during exams - considered mockery of religion?

Cheating is forbidden in all matters. The saying, "Whoever copies will pass, and whoever relies on himself will remain in his division," is false and a lie. Whoever says it, inviting to cheating, has aided in a reprehensible act. And whoever says it in jest is a liar. The Muslim student must be characterized by honesty and truthfulness, and take the means to success while relying on Allah. He must also forbid this saying with wisdom and good admonition.
