What is the ruling on condoning the occurrence of cheating in exams?

Cheating on exams is forbidden, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever cheats is not of me." Therefore, it is not permissible to practice it, assist in it, approve of it, or be content with it, because it is a reprehensible act. Allah Almighty said: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression." And the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever among you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand; if he cannot, then with his tongue; if he cannot, then with his heart—and that is the weakest of faith."
