What is the correct ruling for a Mushaf (copy of the Qur'an) that has fallen in one of the sacred sites (Mashaa'ir), and does its ruling differ from a Mushaf that falls in any other place?

There is no error in the fatwa. It is permissible to pick up a small lost item in the Haram and elsewhere. The majority of scholars hold the view that a lost item in the Haram is like any other. We advise against haste in disapproval.
