It is authentically established in the Sunnah that a woman is cursed if her husband spends the night displeased with her. However, this warning applies if his displeasure is rightfully based, and not if his anger is without cause. Pleasing her husband is an act of worship for which she earns great reward. If she apologizes to him after being the cause of his anger, he should accept her apology, as that is a characteristic of noble individuals and a sign of good companionship.
