Is it permissible to defecate near places where there are fruit-bearing trees?

God has honored mankind and established manners for them regarding their needs. Therefore, it is impermissible to urinate or defecate in front of people, or in their paths, or in their sitting places, or near water sources and resources, or rivers and beaches, or near fruit-bearing trees. This is indicated by the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) prohibition of relieving oneself in people's paths and shade, near water sources, under fruit-bearing trees, and on the bank of a flowing river.
