Is there a scientific explanation for the noble verse number 43 from Surat An-Nur?

The verse (An-Nur: 43) addresses the formation of cumulonimbus clouds: Allah begins by gathering the clouds, then makes them accumulate, from which rain and hail descend. Hail is sometimes harmful, but Allah averts its harm from whomever He wills. Then the verse describes the intensity of the lightning's light, which almost takes away sight.

This verse refers to cumulonimbus clouds, which are composed of three layers: a lower layer containing water droplets, a middle layer with water vapor below zero degrees Celsius, and an upper layer containing ice crystals that freeze and increase in size as they descend due to a strong air current, thus producing hail. This type of cloud is characterized by the occurrence of lightning and thunder within it due to the movement of hail and the change in its electrical charges.
