Do the curses invoked by a woman against someone who wronged her and then repented and sought forgiveness come to pass, given that direct apology to her is not possible?

It is forbidden for a Muslim to curse his Muslim brother, because cursing is a supplication for expulsion from God's mercy, and it is one of the grave sins; as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Cursing a believer is like killing him." If a person curses a Muslim, and the curse does not apply to the one cursed, it returns to the one who cursed. Repentance wipes away sins, so cursing does not affect one who repents. It is obligatory to hasten to seek forgiveness and pardon from the one wronged, and if that is not possible, one must seek forgiveness for him, pray for him, and mention him with good praise.
